Sexual harassment is the most common type of workplace harassment. Recent statistics show that more than half of all workers (54%) have experienced some form of sexual harassment in the workplace. Because of its prevalence and damaging affects to an organization's productivity, morale, and culture, employers must try and actively prevent and eliminate sexual harassment in their organization.

As part of that effort, you will be required to take the following:

Also it will provide you a Session Key when you login. You want to write this down and keep in a safe place in case you want to take the training in multiple sittings. Next time you login, you will enter that session key to resume where you left off. Please don't lose the session key as you may have to restart if you lose that.

The training is self paced and provided in an online/web based format. To login and take the training you can go to:

There is no requirement to complete the training in one sitting, so if you get interrupted, you can simply logoff or close the browser. Then when you want to resume, login again and enter the session key you wrote down to resume your session.

At the end of the training there will be a final exam which each person will need to successfully pass. If you don't pass the first time, you can take it as many times as you need to pass. Also if you want to take the final exam again to get a higher score, feel free. Once you pass, you will enter your name on the certificate and then you will receive a PDF certificate immediately for saving or printing for your records. There is no need to send us a copy of the certificate as the system will also automatically send us a copy of your certificate for our records.
